Today we spent some more time in the lab and I walked you guys through logging onto Webgrade to check your grades. Everyone should have their Webgrade login now and I will be emailing parents with them soon. We also finished typing the memoirs and did an activity with adjectives.
At home I want you to write for 20 minutes about anything you want (minimum of 5 sentences). The catch is that every noun must have an adjective. Lots and lots of description!

Oh know this isn't on the subject of what you wrote, but I'm eating cheese. I like cheese. Ms. Smith what is you r favorite kind of cheese? Mine is feta!
I love cheese! I think my favorite is cheddar, but feta is wonderful too. I also like goat cheese, provolone, ricotta, brie, gouda, edam, gruyere, ementhaler... I could go on and on. I had so much wonderful cheese when I was on Paris. It was a cheese-lovers heaven!
I meant to mention that goat cheese is sometimes called chevre (pronounced shevrah). It's French!
I also like feta, cheddar, american, colby jack, montery (sp.), parma jano regiano (sp.), pizza, provolone, monzterella (sp.), grilled cheese :), and.... can't think of of any other cheese names. I LOVE CHEESE! I LOVE CHEESE!
What we did about the 20 min where the nouns have to have a adjective that was cool to me. Mine was kind of like a poem.
